Valparaiso, Chile (2009). Among the few cities I visited in Chile, I really love Valparaiso, very arty, very Neruda. The food was great, the B&B was great. I wouldn't mind going back there with Curt and Richard once, since they would enjoy the wines while I enjoy the food.
