Galena, Illinois, United States (2009). Traveled to the tri-state town Galena, IL for a long weekend in Feb 2009. Despite the fact that the town is a bit touristy, it is indeed a very beautiful town and area to visit. A nice getaway from Chicago, only 3 hour drive.
