Brussels, Belgium (1998). The Manneken Pis or the peeing boy in Belgium. He changed clothes all the time according to the guidebook. I visited the first 2 weeks of my Europe trip in 1998 with Jay from Oklahoma, we visited The Netherlands and Belgium together. We didn't get along very well unfortunately, even though the places we visited were beautiful.
