Berne, Switzerland (1998). The capital of Switzerland, Berne, is also one of my favorite European cities. It's like a garden city, very small, everywhere is within walking distance. The town was carefully designed, the river, the buildings, the tram that runs through the town, the signature bears guarding the town, ah I just love everything about Berne.
